These terms of service apply when you visit and use donlorino.com, including the Pawtraits portrait tool. When you shop with us, our terms and conditions also apply. How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.

2. Purchases and personal data

All purchases are covered by our terms and conditions, which describe delivery, the right of withdrawal, exchanges and complaints, among other things. Our privacy policy describes what personal data we process, why and for how long, and what rights you have. If anything in these terms of service conflicts with the terms and conditions or the privacy policy, the terms and conditions or the privacy policy respectively take precedence.

3. Use of the website

You may use the website to view and buy our products and for private, non-commercial use. You may not:

• use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights,
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other users' data,
• disrupt the website's operation, for example through malicious code or automated overloading, or
• systematically retrieve content from the website using automated tools without our written approval.

4. The Pawtraits portrait tool

In the portrait tool, you can upload a photo and see a free preview of an AI-generated portrait. When you use the tool, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• you have the right to use the photo, for example because you took it yourself or have permission from the person who took it,
• any people shown in the photo have agreed to it being used, and
• the photo is not illegal, offensive or infringing anyone else's rights.

We may refuse or remove material that breaches this. We do not store your original photo, and the AI-generated images are deleted automatically after 30 days. The preview may only be used to decide whether you want to buy the portrait. What applies when you buy is set out in the terms and conditions, section 14.

5. Content and intellectual property rights

Texts, images, logos, design and other content on the website belong to Don Lorino or our suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark law and other legislation. You may not copy, distribute or use the content commercially without our written approval. What you may do with a portrait you have bought is set out in the terms and conditions.

6. Reviews and other content you publish

If you leave a review or other content with us, it must be true, factual and not offensive to anyone else. We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms. We do not edit the meaning of a review.

7. Information on the website

We work to ensure that the information on the website is correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always free from errors or that the website is always available. Obvious errors in prices or product information are handled in accordance with the terms and conditions.

8. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to other websites, for example payment services, carriers and social media. We are not responsible for the content of these websites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

9. Liability

Don Lorino is not liable for indirect damage or losses arising from the website not being available or not working as intended, unless we have acted negligently. This never limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law or under the terms and conditions.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms of service. The latest version is always available on this page, and the date of the latest update is shown at the top.

11. Applicable law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live. In the event of a dispute, as a consumer you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se, or a general court.
