Shipping
At Don Lorino you always have the option to have your package delivered at no extra cost, through Postnord Economy (3-5 working days delivery time). If you wish to have it delivered faster, we also offer Postnord 1st class (1-3 working days delivery time) at an additional cost of 29 SEK. For orders below 300 SEK, a shipping cost of 59 SEK will be added for Postnord 1st class.
Delivery
All shipments are sent via Postnord, unless otherwise stated. They send all shipments, large and small, throughout Sweden. Many packages will appear directly in the mailbox, while larger shipments will be delivered to the nearest post office. You will then receive information via text message and/or email about when and where the shipment can be picked up.
Under 50 g : Sent via stamps
50-500 g : Shipped with tracking, via Varubrev Economy or Varubrev 1st class, depending on what you selected at checkout.
Larger shipments : Sent with tracking, to the nearest post office.
Postnord collects packages from us every working day, and then delivers the package within 1-3 working days (1st class) or 3-5 working days (economy). Orders placed before 12:00 on the same day will be packed as much as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 on the same day will be packed as much as possible.
Engraved name tags are shipped separately, directly from our partner factory RedDingo in Switzerland, with a slightly longer delivery time. They are shipped separately from any other order, to ensure you receive the fastest delivery possible.
In most cases, the tracking link is sent out automatically.
