Shipping
At Don Lorino, you always have the option of having your package delivered at no extra cost, for orders over SEK 200, through Postnord Ekonomi (3-5 working day delivery time). If you wish to have it delivered faster, we also offer Postnord 1a-class (1-3 working day delivery time) at an additional cost of SEK 29. If the order value is lower than SEK 200, a shipping cost of SEK 29 is added through Postnord Ekonomi, or SEK 59 for Postnord 1st class.
Delivery
All shipments are sent via Postnord, unless otherwise stated. They send all shipments, large and small, around Sweden. Many packages will appear directly in the mailbox, while larger items will be delivered to the nearest post office. You will then receive information via SMS and/or email about when and where the shipment can be picked up.
Under 50 g : Sent via stamps
50-500 g : Shipped traceable, via Bill of Lading Economy or Bill of Lading 1st class, depending on what you chose at checkout.
Larger shipments : Sent traceable, to the nearest post office
Postnord collects packages from us every working day, and then delivers the package to them within 1-3 working days (1st class) or 3-5 working days (economy). Orders placed before 12.00 on the same day are tried to the greatest extent possible to be packed already on the same day. Engraved name tags are sent separately, directly from our partner factory RedDingo in Switzerland, with a slightly longer delivery time. They are sent separately from any other order, so that you get the fastest possible delivery.
